Updated CCC Plus Claims Issue Resolution Call Schedule

For some time now, VHCA members, DMAS, and the six CCC Plus managed care organizations (MCOs) have been conducting periodic calls to identify and resolve CCC Plus claims issues. Recently, the Anthem and Optima calls have moved to a once-a-month schedule, along with United and Magellan. Calls with Aetna and Virginia Premier remain every other week, as significant issues persist with these MCOs. These shifts have caused DMAS to adjust the schedule for the calls.

With the changes in the schedule and electronic meeting notices being sent from DMAS, you may need to delete certain meeting series to update your calendar with the correct information for the calls.

All calls will be held the second week of the month.

The Tuesday calls will be with Virginia Premier and Aetna; they will continue to be held every other week. All other calls will be held once a month during the second week of the month. Here is the schedule going forward:

Tuesdays beginning with September 10, 2019 and every other week:
