On September 3, the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced its $2 billion quality incentive program for nursing homes as part of the $5 billion tranche announced on August 7 of CARES Act funding for COVID relief. A recording of an AHCA/NCAL member webinar from September 8 about the program is now available.

During the webinar, AHCA/NCAL President & CEO Mark Parkinson and Chief Medical Officer David Gifford reviewed the new rule, answered questions, and discussed resources available to help members with this program.
