We have developed a “Contact Your Legislators” Social Media Toolkit with graphics and sample posts you can use to help garner more messages to members of the General Assembly asking them to oppose the staffing mandate bills.

This is the second social media toolkit VHCA-VCAL has created as part of our advocacy efforts on the workforce crisis and to address staffing ratio legislation.

The Staffing/Workforce Social Media Toolkit includes sample posts and graphics you can use on your organization’s social channels, as well as best practices and recommendations for posting. The sample posts and related graphics are flexible for use across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Please share the toolkits with your team members responsible for social media.

We would also encourage you and your organizations to like and share content posted on VHCA-VCAL’s social channels. This makes our messages more visible to more individuals. VHCA-VCAL is using its social channels to drive individuals participate in a grassroots effort to send messages to legislators.
