DMAS has notified CCC Plus stakeholders that following its notice of intent to award the Medicaid Long Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) contract, the agency received at least one timely protest request.  As a result, DMAS is unable to move forward with MLTSS contract related activities until further notice.  DMAS will provide additional program updates to stakeholders in the future and as allowed in accordance with procurement rules.

VHCA-VCAL will continue to keep you up-to-date on developments in the CCC Plus program.  In addition, VHCA-VCAL Senior Vice President of Reimbursement and Policy Steve Ford will provide a CCC Plus update at the Legislative Conference on January 26.
