Overview
How are you defining what success looks like under the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM)? Clinical and rehab management experts Kristi Smith and Kristy Yoskey of HealthPro®Heritage will describe the next generation of qualitative analytics, quantitative measures, early benchmarks, trends, and strategies for success in 2020 and beyond. Smith and Yoskey will also focus on how post-acute providers can set themselves up for fiscal and operational success while having a focus on outcomes and restorative nursing.
This day-long program is a great opportunity for your center’s leadership team to learn about why financial and/or clinical outcomes may be falling short of expectations and how case mix dynamics intersect with PDPM. You’ll leave with innovative and tangible solutions presented in light of important market drivers such as penalties and incentives under VBP, tougher QRP standards, CMI, and evolving models including Medicare Advantage, ACOs, and ISNPs.

VHCA-VCAL Cancellation & Refund Policies
The administrator of a center has the ability to cancel without a penalty if federal or state surveyors/inspectors are in a center. Cancellations for credit card payments are subject to a 10% service fee. Refunds will be granted as follows: full refund if received by the specified registration deadline; one-half of the registration fee if cancellation received three working days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds or credits will be granted if cancellation is received after the three working days deadline. Substitutions are always welcome.
