Mr. Dennis DunlapMr. Dennis Dunlap has led an adventurous life. He has traveled around the world while serving in the Air Force during World War II. His travels continued throughout his life as he and his wife hiked mountains throughout the West, some as high as 11,000 feet! Mr. Dunlap turns 100 years old in March and has many memories to share. He and his daughter-in-law have worked together to create a book made up of letters and stories about his life. While attending the “Feet to the Fire Writer’s Workshop” here at The Wellington, he was inspired to continue his writings and bring them together for a second book.

Mr. Dunlap is humble in his accomplishments and grateful for his blessings. He reminisces of his past while continuing to look forward to the future. He is a wonderful addition to The Wellington and a great example of living life to the fullest.
