Ms. Margaret FramesMs. Margaret Frames has overcome many hurdles in her lifetime. From the age of 12, she cared for her mother until she began to lose her eyesight. Today she is legally.

Ms. Frames did not allow her diagnosis to slow her down. She walked to the school where she taught dance and ballet to young children. With the help of her seeing eye dog she used public transportation and was able to do her own grocery shopping. She became a member and speaker for the Graduate Council seeing eye dog training program. Later Ms. Frames became a Resident at Gainesville Health and Rehab Center. She is determined and able to participate in many activities with little assistance.

Ms. Frames is beloved for her uniqueness and contributes to the center by inviting residents to participate in activities. She is an avid learner who enjoys sharing her knowledge. Ms. Frames participates in the Resident Council meetings, taught a chair dance activity, and volunteers in the activity department. She is also the champion of center’s the corn husking contest! Although she has gone through several life changes, she continues to work hard, stay strong, and is insisted on living a full and satisfying life.
