Peggy Peeters Ms. Peeters, who prefers to be called Peggy, is one of the newest long term care residents at Heritage Hall – Leesburg. She was born in the small town of Wesby Pere, Wisconsin outside of Green Bay. However, don’t let her small-town background fool you! Ms. Peeters began on the road to fame when a scouting agent handed her his business card to model in New York City.

As a young woman in her 20s, she jumped at the opportunity. With full support of her mom, and the desire to be one of the best in her profession, she quickly became a successful model. She was featured in ads for many companies, the most famous being the Coca-Cola Company. She appeared in over 200 commercials and advertisements for Coca-Cola.

While we don’t have any commercials or runways here at Heritage Hall – Leesburg, Ms. Peeters still keeps up with her singing, modeling and acting days by staying active in many facility activities. Her favorite activity is morning group exercises. She says, “I always feel better during and after exercises. The staff keep me interested and very busy!” When not in exercises you can find Ms. Peeters in her room listening, or more often singing along to her favorite show tunes.
