February 28: 2016 Survey Analysis – Emphasizing Resident Safety
Registration is now open for the February 28 education program, 2016 Survey Analysis – Emphasizing Resident Safety. Preliminary analysis of 2016 surveys in Virginia clearly shows that concerns about resident safety underpin many of the deficiencies cited. This day-long program features Mary Chiles of Chiles Healthcare Consulting, LLC, Nathan C. Mortier of Mellette PC and Kathy Creegan-Tedeschi from the Office of Licensure and Certification, and a panel of administrators and long term care leaders. They will review trends in the 2016 surveys, resident safety issues, how to build a strong staff team, and legal issues.
