DMAS training courses are now available for fee-for-service Medicaid providers to help you get ready for the launch of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) on April 4, 2022. There are a variety of training choices to fit your schedule and needs:

• Virtual instructor-led courses
• Self-paced training videos
• User manuals

To get started, please follow these steps:

1. Access the MES Provider Training page. This page includes a curriculum and a comprehensive list of provider courses.
2. Download the Provider Curriculum document located in a box on the top right side of the MES Provider Training page. The curriculum offers important guidance, including which courses will be the most beneficial for you. Download the Provider Curriculum directly to your computer (PDF format) from this notification.
3. Scroll down the MES Provider Training page to view the comprehensive provider course list, with links to training materials.
4. Complete the first two self-paced training video courses that address how to access MES.
5. Complete additional training that is relevant to your provider and/or enrollment type (found in the Provider Curriculum). 

• • Most courses can be accessed on-demand and you do not need to register or sign-in to view them.

Several courses will be taught virtually by a live instructor who will guide you through the courses and answer your questions. These types of courses have the “Sign up for this Training” link. Clicking this link leads to a registration page where you can choose a date and time that is best for you.
