Kourtney Hales-Richards has joined the VDH Office of Licensure and Certification (OLC) as the agency’s new Long Term Care Division Director.

Hales-Richards, a former surveyor, started in his new role on January 11. VHCA-VCAL extends its congratulations to him in his new role at OLC and looks forward to working with him.
