In a profile in Provider Magazine, NCAL Chair Christian “Chris” Mason’s “advice to providers is to embrace their role in meeting the demands and expectations for both millennials as workers and baby boomers as residents and patients.”  Mason believes “continuity and longevity” are the keys to successful long term care, and in order to foster these traits, Mason’s company, the Oregon-based Senior Housing Managers, uses a “pyramid program, which aims to attract the right talent and retain that talent with professional development opportunities.”
