We have extended the deadline for nominations for the VHCA-VCAL annual awards programs, including the D.A. “Woody” Brown Community Involvement Awards.

Help us celebrate the outstanding achievements of your staff, peers, and volunteers who help make Virginia long term care centers places of quality care for Virginia’s frailest citizens by submitting a nomination! 

This year the nomination packages for all of the awards have been streamlined to make it easier than ever to apply!

Nominations are being accepted for the following:

• A. “Woody” Brown Community Involvement Awards – Recognizing outstanding activity and event programs
• Recognition Awards – Honoring lifetime achievement, administrators, director of nursing, and CNA of the year
• Volunteer of the Year Awards – Thanking teen, adult, and group volunteers at member centers

Submit your nominations by June 15.  Awards will be presented at the VHCA-VCAL Convention on September 13 in Richmond.
