Attendees of the live webinar on July 15, The Great Reset, can earn 1 hour of NAB-approved continuing education. 2020 saw the implementation of the long-awaited 3-day stay waiver, the proliferation of telehealth services, the rise of remote monitoring systems, and acceleration of hospital-at-home and SNF-at-home models of service delivery. 2021 and beyond offer even greater promise of innovation as healthcare consumers demand alternatives in service delivery.

You will be challenged to consider your own perspectives on where and how services should be delivered, contemplate the barriers in your local markets to innovation, and gain insight into how you can help your organization move forward. This could include creating or expanding new service lines with an increased focus on home and community-based service (HCBS) deliverables, even while you look to keep existing, more traditional deliverables profitable.
