Use LTC Trend Tracker to Drive Quality Improvement in Your AL

Data is a critical element in any quality improvement project, but it can also be overwhelming. Wouldn’t it be great if you could find your data all in one dashboard and see how your organization compares to your peers? LTC Trend Tracker gives you this ability!

Did you know LTC Trend Tracker includes measures for assisted living communities to track and trend falls and falls with injury?

  • Assisted living providers requested these new measures, and NCAL responded by adding them to the system. You can access and download the NCAL Measures upload spreadsheet within LTC Trend Tracker. This allows you to track these two critical measures, provide historical data, and generate reports. 

 

Why it matters: Data is pivotal in improving quality, and these two measures will help assisted living providers identify areas of opportunity for improvement and to benchmark and compare how they are doing to their peers.

  • Assisted living providers are encouraged to log in to the LTC Trend Tracker system, download the new spreadsheet today, and run the AL Quality Measures report immediately following the data upload.
