Overview

Join us for a multi-part webinar series over 8 days in August providing detailed information on CMS’s revisions to various regulatory requirements as outlined in QSO-22-19-NH. The revisions include the following:

• surveyor guidance for some Phase 2 and all Phase 3 Requirements of Participation (RoP);
• arbitration agreement requirements;
• investigating complaints and Facility Reported Incidents; and
• Psychosocial Outcome Severity Guide.

Each session will address specific regulatory requirements and provide information on how compliance will be assessed as outlined in the advance copy of the State Operations Manual issued by CMS. Since surveyors will begin using this guidance to identify noncompliance on October 24, 2022, now is the time to familiarize yourself with the changes and update your policies and procedures accordingly.
