Overview

Join us for our COVID-19 Legal Webinar Series offering insights into issues related employment law, liability issues, and blanket waivers. Each one-hour webinar will be led by experts from Hancock Daniel.

Scott Johnson will review statutory immunity protections in Virginia Code, immunity protections for volunteers pursuant to Governor Ralph Northam’s Executive Order 42, as well as the scope of Executive Order 60 on liability. Rod Dillman will explore the interplay between COVID-19 and potential liability claims, causes of action, and litigation strategies. Ben Traynham will discuss what is and is not covered under Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act.
